SURFACE CHOICES: Masonite or stretched canvas. Larger sizes must be canvas.
CONCEPT SKETCH: After initial payment is made, the artist develops a sketch to depict the painting concept. This sketch is shared, changed, and iterated between artist and customer until agreement is reached for the painting concept.
PAINTING DEVELOPMENT : The artist creates the painting and sends an image of the finished painting to the customer for comments and/or revision requests, so that any changes may be made prior to shipment. If changes are desired, the artist revises and shares further images with the customer - provided the requested revisions are consistent with the agreed-to concept sketch.
It is also possible (if desired by the customer) for the artist to share progressive email images of the artwork during the various phases of the painting development . Some customers are delighted to participate in the creation of their artwork by seeing images at various stages.
FINAL PAYMENT: When both the customer and the artist are satisfied that the work is complete, the customer pays the final balance due, and the painting is shipped or delivered. Paintings are priced and delivered unframed, unless otherwise prearranged.
